Privacy.

This site belongs to Linda & Ray Wallace, Licensee Salespeople at Ray White Kemeys Brothers (Kemeys Brothers Ltd Licensed (REAA 2008)). It collects personal information only when you choose to send it: your name, email, phone number, property address and what you tell us about your plans.

What we do with it

• Linda and Ray uses it to contact you about your appraisal or enquiry, and for nothing else without asking you.
• It is kept in Ray White Kemeys Brothers's systems in New Zealand, and in the email services that deliver it.
• It is not sold or given to anyone outside Ray White Kemeys Brothers, except where the law requires it.
• The form also notes how you reached the site, such as a search or an ad. Its address box looks up addresses with Addy, a New Zealand address service, which sees only what you type into that box.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email linda.goss-wallace@raywhite.com. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner.
